I love this spatula! My nephew gave me one a couple of years ago, and at first I wondered what I would do with it since I already had 4 other silicone spatulas. Well, this is the only silicone spatula I have that is *all* silicone (on the outside; seems to have a metal shank on the inside). I never have to worry about the wooden handle breaking if I need to stir or mix something heavy or viscous, nor do I ever have to worry that food is getting down in between the handle and the spatula head. I have even mixed bread dough (up to the point where it actually starts to become actual dough) with this spatula. And I love its flexibility when I need to scrape a bowl -- I can now get everything out of the bowl! I will buy another one when this one finally gives up the ghost, but the way this spatula seems to take everything I put in its path, I don't think that will be anytime soon. Excellent!!
