Customer Review: Tough tines for tough crustaceans

The tines of the Trudeau fork are much thicker and thus more rigid than your typical delicate seafood fork. This allows you to really exert lots of torque to crack through hard crab and lobster shells. Weaker forks will deform out of shape while these Trudeau forks stay true. I use these forks in conjunction with the Progressive Seafood Scissors to devour any crustacean.
