While this mug looks nice and it is leak proof to a point, it DOES NOT hold heat for 2hrs as promised. Also, it's leak proof so long as you don't drink from it. Once you do, you get liquid accumulated in the slots and it will drip in your bag or in my case backpack. I was truly disappointed with this. I am going to use it as an ice coffee mug and that is all. I will not be buying any more Trudeau products as this is the second mug I have tried and both failed me.
