I like the texture of the garlic from the press. Italian dressing without the little bits of garlic and the garlic blending into the oil and vinagar. In meatballs it simplifies dealing with garlic - no more sticky fingers and knife.
This particular garlic press is amazing. You can put several garlic cloves into the hopper, and crush easily, then clean out with the built in stipples on the reverse side to get it clean. I love it.
