This is actually spill proof.
The minute I got this, I poured water into it and sealed the lid to ENGAGE the magical top. I followed by shaking vigorously and had ZERO water leak from the lid. I would recommend to screw the lid in tightly if you're worried about it spilling fluids. But the white p-leather accents are sort of cheesy.
