I was very disappointed in this product. I had to scrub the base to remove the plastic label - and the finish came off the base. Then we tried to use it for a cheese fondue and it didn't heat. Now I can't return it because is is used and damaged. So all in all - bad experience.Customer Review: Loved the look of it - while it worked

I already had a Rival fondue pot, but we used it so often that I thought I'd invest in a nicer-looking one. Should've stuck with the cheap Rival pot. This one stopped heating up after only 2 months.Customer Review: If I could I would give it 0 stars

This product is worthless!
They place the sticker on the heating element.
Enjoy a horrible smell every time you start it up.
My advice: Use a mini crockpot.

Got this for my wife for Christmas. We finally had the opportunity to attempt to use this in Mid February. Unit is dead and was never used. Not good.
