Built for dicing and mixing salad ingredients within a salad bowl, the Toss & Chop is constructed of Dupont Zytel nylon resin with Santoprene rubber handles for a comfortable grip. Both the Toss & Chop and herb snips feature high-quality, stainless-steel blades with serrated edges that eliminate the necessity of sharpening that accompanies most kitchen knifes. An herb stripper on the snips allows users to remove fresh herbs from their hardy stems. A 100 percent imported-cotton dryer bag reduces moisture on washed spinach, basil, or lettuce leaves. The stainless-steel salad bowl and 18/10 stainless-steel serving utensils match any kitchenware. To care for all stainless-steel tools, Silvermark recommends washing by hand.
