I personally had my doubts that this product would perform as advertised, but since I need to eat alot of salads and thus need to keep fresh lettuce in the refrigerator I figured I'd give it a try. I'm VERY HAPPY that I did. My lettuce stays fresh and crisp on average at least twice the length of time from keeping it in the plastic bag the lettuce heads come in. I've used it to keep carrots, onions, and various other vegetables as well and it works very nicely indeed. Would definately recommend this method as opposed to those big, bulky tupperware-type containers - I can put this bag in my vegetable drawer in my refrigerator with no problems. It really works.
